An on-iline version of the Damascus Document can be read at Google Books, translated by Florentino García Martínez, Wilfred G. E. Watson. This is not the same translation that I have used. I have used A New Translation: The Dead Sea Scrolls - A comprhensive translation of the controversial ancient scrolls, with material never published or translated - including the most recently released texts. Translated by Michael Wise, Martin Abegg, Jr, and Edward Cook.
